PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Maaden Future Leaders Program develops high-potential Saudi graduates into future leaders who drive impact, innovation and progress.
Over 24 months, you will gain hands-on experience across different business areas, build critical leadership skills and learn alongside experienced mentors.
You will contribute to projects and initiatives shaping the future of mining and supporting Saudi Arabia's ambitions. If you are curious, driven and ready to go further, this is where you belong.

Eligibility Criteria
Be a Saudi national
Age 26 and below
Recent graduate or with less than 2 years of professional experience
Strong academic record (GPA 2.5/4.0 or 3.75/5.0)
English Language Proficiency
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline. Degrees in Engineering , Geoscience, or other mining-related fields are preferred.
